Thanks to Freescale, we have funding to construct a full size field in our build site!! It took 2 students and 2 mentors, a total of 50 hours to construct the 54' by 27' crater for this year’s competition. The field is full regulation size. The field will be utilized to test stability, traction, and reaction of the robot. We are very excited to have such a valuable resource at our disposal!

Thanks to Esico Triton Corporation for donating some amazing  resistance soldering scissors! They have increased the efficiency of our soldering process. Using them has proven to reduce the robot build time and improve high current electrical connections, and if nothing else, we find them just plain cool enough to use.

Thank you to Duo-Gard Industries for donating a sheet of polycarbonate material, a strong light weight material, which Frog Force has used on our electrical control board as well as the Advanced Engineering's prototype robot. Usually this material must be purchased in large quantities, but thanks to Duo-Gard Industries generous donation, we were able to receive a smaller amount of material for our use.
